At PrintingKart.com, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. However, there may be rare occasions when we are unable to accept or must cancel an order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

In such cases, we may request additional verification or information before processing your order. If your order is cancelled in full or in part, or if we require further details to proceed, our customer support team will reach out to you promptly.
If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit/cash card has been charged, the amount will be refunded back to your original payment method, subject to necessary approvals.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order as long as we have not started processing it. Please note that we aim to process and print orders the same day they are placed, so we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible.
To cancel an order:

Log in to your account at PrintingKart.com

Go to View Profile > Orders > Cancel Request

Submit a cancellation request from there
If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not been processed, the refunded amount will be credited to your PCASH wallet (PrintingKart.com Wallet), which you can use for future purchases.
Requesting a Refund to Your Source Account
If you prefer the amount to be refunded to your original payment method instead of PCASH, kindly email us at info@printingkart.com or contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
Cancellation Charges
Please note that a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order cost will be applied to all cancellations made after an order has been placed.
